RecordPosters sells digital download products. No physical item is shipped.

Digital downloads and cancellations

You have a 10-day cancellation period.

Because our products are digital downloads, we do not generally offer refunds once the download or access to the digital file has begun.

Before a download begins

If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@recordposters.com.
